Our nurse practitioner is conveniently located on-site at Brentwood Health Care Center, ensuring that our residents who are Cleveland Clinic patients, receive the specialized attention they need without having to leave the comfort and familiar surroundings of our community.
The main goal of this collaboration is to keep patients out of the hospital, and we are proud to say that we have the necessary care right here at Brentwood.
