One of the ways we demonstrate our appreciation for our employees is through our fun committee. This committee is dedicated to creating opportunities for our staff to have fun, feel appreciated and bond with one another. We believe that a happy staff is a productive staff, and these fun activities are just one way we show our employees that we care.
We have dress-down days and other fun activities that our employees can look forward to. These small but meaningful gestures go a long way in making our employees feel appreciated, supported and motivated to continue providing the highest quality of care possible.
Employee Recognition
We also have an employee of the month program, where one outstanding employee from each department is recognized and rewarded with a gift card. This is just one small way we show our gratitude for their hard work and dedication.
Respect for Life Outside of Work
At Brentwood Health Care Center, we understand that our staff members have families and personal lives outside of work. We have a culture of understanding and empathy, recognizing that life can sometimes be unpredictable and that can sometimes affect employees’ personal needs.
